The next generation Folder – AFV-56K series iCE Folder is an automated B2 system equipped with either 4 or 6 buckles and cross knife, with two buckles under the cross knife allowing a wide variety of fold patterns. iCE series is a new product line-up which is designed to provide added value to customers. A new operator interface for a more intuitive operation. Advanced automation to provide increased efficiency and productivity. Connecting with an iCE LiNK workflow system provides a totally connected work environment.

Easy Setup – icon based touchscreen provides quick and easy setup
Status Recognition – LED lights indicate the operational status by switching colours to identify the system status at a glance
Up to 999 job settings can be memorized for quick and easy recall of regular job
Newly design Suction Head & Feeding System – enables easy setup and consistent feeding
Fold Rollers – soft or hard urethane rollers available (depending upon folding requirements)
Various options available for: Feeder & Folding, Perforation, Scoring Sections, Delivery
